Senior Analyst, Deal Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic consultant for regional sales teams regarding intricate deal frameworks, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to enhance profitability and align with corporate objectives.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to facilitate the progression of deals from inception through approval to final closure, addressing any exceptions that arise.

• Enhance the regional deal management process to improve governance and accelerate commercial operations.

• Execute financial modeling, margin assessments, and pipeline monitoring using CRM systems to provide data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasting.

• Scrutinize contract documentation to guarantee full compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition, and agreements.

• Establish tracking systems to ensure finalized deals meet anticipated financial targets, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.

• Convert complex data into concise summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while providing mentorship to junior team members on best practices in deal desk operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.

• Extensive expertise in enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, revenue recognition, and management of commercial contracts.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and (SQL/Python); skilled in using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and business intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated capability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and provide leadership in negotiation support.

• Proven track record in driving process enhancements and translating data into actionable business insights.
