This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and execute measurement frameworks for social media initiatives, establishing KPIs and success metrics.
• Clearly differentiate between observations or facts and insights.
• Track and assess social media performance, utilizing data to detect trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Create structured, "client-ready" presentations that outline the analysis, decision-making process, and outcomes leading to strategic recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and enhance the technical and analytical skills of junior analysts over time, nurturing a culture of excellence.
• Analyze complex data sets to guide business decisions.
• Recognize patterns and trends, producing actionable insights to refine marketing and advertising strategies.
• Serve as the trusted first point of contact for the I&M department, building trust through consistent delivery and engaging communication.
• Collaborate extensively with Strategy teams to formulate research plans that reveal target audience behaviors and unexplored category opportunities.
• Generate detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Routinely utilize AI within Google Workspace and employ NotebookLM to analyze extensive research data, identifying strategic opportunities within social listening reports.
• Actively suggest innovative methods to integrate AI-driven insights into the R&I process and aid in developing customized AI persona agents for audience testing.
• Over 4 years of experience in social media analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Proficient in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and content performance metrics.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
