Senior Analista de Desenvolvimento – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the evolution and maintenance of observability solutions, ensuring end-to-end visibility of systems, proactive incident identification, and the provision of strategic information for operations and business.

• Understand business processes and system flows, gaining both functional and technical insights into the payloads and events provided by applications.

• Develop and enhance dashboards, metrics, and visualizations to monitor the health of services and operational indicators.

• Create, configure, and maintain integrated alerts, ensuring early detection and appropriate handling of incidents.

• Perform observability analyses by correlating logs, metrics, and events to support problem resolution.

• Lead handover sessions and knowledge transfer to operations, support, and development teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining requirements, deploying, and continuously improving observability solutions.

• Contribute to the reliability of services by adhering to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in functional analysis of systems and interpretation of integrations and payloads.

• Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, and log analysis.

• Experience with Elastic Stack, particularly Kibana.

• Familiarity with alert development and integrations.

• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

• Strong communication skills for conducting handovers and knowledge sharing.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow.

• Experience in high-availability corporate environments and digital transformation.

• Understanding of SRE practices and methodologies.
