Senior Analista de Control Documental – Industria Minera

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Ensure proper management and quality control of deliverables in the contracting processes.

• Guarantee effective management and quality control of deliverables, ensuring efficiency and compliance at each stage of the process.

• Organize and manage documents for the engineering team, ensuring they are updated and orderly.

• Monitor changes and the status of documents to ensure traceability and easy access.

• Ensure adherence to confidentiality policies and secure access protocols.

• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor processes and timelines.

• Participate in meetings to report on progress and ensure the achievement of objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Civil Engineering (any specialization), Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract management and quality control of deliverables.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP MM/FICO/Ariba systems.
