Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Manage 1-2 series simultaneously, each comprising 10-15 episodes of approximately 1 minute in length, along with a trailer.

• Collaborate with our in-house AI copilot for maintaining character consistency, casting, and generating trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently, creating scripts and driving the storytelling and craft.

• We will provide training in AI Content creation. A strong background in film editing will facilitate your learning process.

• Work alongside our team of AI Content Creators, technical staff, other Short Film Directors, and executive team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative videos.

• Strong instincts in scripting, including hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute escalation.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance; we will help you quickly become an expert.

• Experience with platforms focused on vertical drama.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be fluent in English.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive attitude; we are moving quickly and require individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and willing to learn, open to constructive feedback.
