Senior AI Engineer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI solutions leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.

• Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to boost AI functionalities.

• Engage with vector databases, including ChromaDB and Pinecone, while implementing context optimization and model routing.

• Guarantee LLM observability and compliance with AI governance standards.

• Guide Agile teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to software development and architectural best practices.

• Oversee CI/CD processes, encompassing logging, tracing, and monitoring to ensure infrastructure observability.

• Conduct code reviews and uphold design patterns to maintain high standards of code quality.

• Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English language skills.

• Extensive experience in software development and leadership positions.

• Significant experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Familiarity with frameworks like Flask or Spring Boot for backend services.

• Experience using tools like Jira for project management and Git for version control.

• Demonstrated success in delivering AI-driven products within production environments.

• Strong grasp of software development and architecture best practices, including design patterns and code reviews.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
