Senior AI Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Agent Development: Design agent workflows and automation pipelines utilizing LangFlow.

• Technical Customization: Develop tailored Python components to meet specific AI flow requirements.

• LLM Orchestration: Set up various language models (LLMs) based on the context and needs of each step in the workflow.

• Data Engineering for AI: Execute RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines by employing vector search, embeddings, and knowledge databases.

• Complex Automation: Create multi-step flow logic that includes loops, agent memory, and comprehensive conditionals.

• Integration: Link agents through APIs, webhooks, and CRMs to both internal and external systems.

• Business Awareness: Work with cross-functional teams to convert operational needs into effective automation solutions.

• Maintenance and Quality: Guarantee the robustness of solutions through error handling, performance monitoring, and the implementation of Human-in-the-Loop validation checkpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python: Capability to write scripts, develop custom components, and create solid integrations.

• Experience with LangFlow: Practical experience in orchestrating agent workflows on this platform (or similar LLM orchestration tools).

• Knowledge of Language Models: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent memory.

• Integration Architecture: Strong background in consuming and building REST APIs and webhooks.

• Databases: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) as well as traditional databases.

• Programming Logic: Experience in implementing intricate conditional logic and process automation.
