• A senior hands-on L2/L3 engineer tasked with overseeing daily operations, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices, wireless services, and endpoint mobility platforms.
• Guarantees secure, compliant, and reliable mobility services while adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience expectations.
• Administers Omnissa Workspace ONE/UEM, including activities such as enrollment, profile management, compliance policies, group configurations, and application deployment.
• Maintains Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and implements zero-touch provisioning.
• Responsible for provisioning, refreshing, reclaiming, wiping, retiring, and redeploying mobile assets.
• Acts as an escalation point for incidents related to enrollment failures, OS issues, app access, MFA, SIM/eSIM, and policy conflicts.
• Manages carrier activations, suspensions, transfers, porting, plan changes, and roaming services.
• Generates dashboards to track compliance, stale devices, cost usage, lifecycle status, and SLA performance.
• Develops SOPs, knowledge bases, and automation enhancements.
• Oversees enterprise app stores, including app packaging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Utilizes PowerShell, Python, or bash scripting to automate tasks related to device provisioning and management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise mobility administration.
• Preferred experience with Workspace ONE, Omnissa, Intune, or JAMF.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL workflows.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of mobile security, identity management (Azure AD), and compliance standards.
