This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead the charge in new business development by targeting and selling Virtual Perimeter Guard to commercial enterprises across California.
• Implement a dynamic and high-volume sales strategy that includes outbound calls, field visits, and product demonstrations.
• Establish strong relationships and secure new customer opportunities swiftly.
• Present compelling presentations and clearly articulate the business advantages of adopting Interface’s Virtual Perimeter Guard solution.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, including pipeline health, activity levels, win/loss ratios, and quota achievement.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in roles characterized by high activity and volume.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Experience utilizing prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial spirit paired with a strong sense of drive, accountability, and perseverance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
