This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all stages of security-systems projects, including design, bid management, installation supervision, and final testing and commissioning for new constructions and MACs throughout the region.
• Create comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timeline, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Design and assess security system configurations (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, etc.) in line with company standards and project specifications.
• Review vendor proposals, manage the selection process, and supervise contractors during installation to ensure quality, compliance, and precise documentation.
• Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Workplace, AV, Program Delivery, IT/Network, Security Operations, General Contractors, and integrators) to synchronize project scope, timeline, and execution.
• Manage system testing, commissioning, and handover processes to guarantee full operational capability, accurate documentation, and client approval.
• Monitor project performance, issues, and financials — including cost and schedule deviations — and implement structured change-management processes as necessary.
• Preserve all project documentation while ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and quality throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Over 5 years of project management experience leading enterprise-level security-systems deployments (new builds and/or significant MAC/upgrades) and construction/physical infrastructure projects.
• More than 5 years of experience in vendor management, including installation oversight, quality assurance, change control, commissioning, and project closure.
• In-depth knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control, with a preference for experience in cloud-based solutions.
• Exceptional project management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent project deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: capable of influencing cross-functional teams, engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders, and fostering consensus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, along with PMP/CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience in the Entertainment/Tech industry is a plus.
