This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate the creation and enhancement of documentation and training materials.
• Oversee the maintenance of Service Guides and knowledge base content.
• Design structured onboarding processes and provide continuous mentorship.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve knowledge deficiencies.
• Ensure that technical documentation aligns with field operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems.
• A robust technical background across the supported solution offerings.
• Proficient in process optimization, data analysis, systems integration, and automation.
• Experience in creating troubleshooting guides, workflows, and technical training documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in building or managing knowledge bases, including SharePoint or similar systems.
• Familiarity with AI and knowledge systems enhanced by Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven experience in delivering training and mentoring technical team members.
