This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and gather data concerning hacktivist and state-sponsored group tools, tradecraft, and techniques across various settings, including the deep and dark web.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain distinct cyber threat intelligence sources.
• Facilitate threat analysis through the intelligence collected.
• Gather actionable, timely, and pertinent information regarding actors based in South Asia, Latin America, and North Africa.
• Utilize advanced OSINT tradecraft to pursue leads, recognize threat actors, and track them within online communities.
• Identify prevalent and emerging cyber threats and trends, including technical details.
• Produce clear, highly contextualized internal reports.
• Collaborate on analytical reports and threat assessments.
• Implement secure operational tradecraft methods and practices.
• Extensive experience navigating environments of cyber threat actors, such as social media, hidden services, and forums.
• In-depth knowledge of hacktivist and state-sponsored groups based in South Asia.
• Practical understanding of the technical terminology, tools, and tactics employed by threat actors in South Asia.
• Comprehensive OSINT investigations utilizing advanced Hindi and/or Urdu.
• Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing circumstances and creatively resolve complex problems.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Additional background in Latin American and North African cyber threat actors, along with language skills in Spanish, French, and Indonesian is preferred.
• Familiarity with geopolitical and transnational events in South Asia, Latin America, and North Africa is preferred.
• Prior experience in the intelligence community, HUMINT, or cyber threat intelligence is highly preferred.
• Practical experience in virtual HUMINT is highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree or military training with experience in cyber intelligence, intelligence studies, security studies, political science, international relations, or related fields.
• Other technical security certifications or relevant academic qualifications.
