This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified security partners within your market.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with partner organizations to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee field operations, address service-related issues, and align partners with key performance indicators.
• Facilitate the adoption of our platform through training sessions, demonstrations, and operational support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and scale operations effectively.
• Travel frequently within your market to conduct client meetings, supplier engagements, and platform demonstrations.
• Provide remote support for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets as necessary.
• Minimum of 4 years in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service, preferably in security.
• Demonstrated success in managing regional accounts, service vendors, or partnerships in the field.
• Strong sense of ownership, dedicated to achieving results, meeting objectives, and driving initiatives forward.
• Confident problem-solver who maintains high accountability under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in using CRMs and updating records in real time.
