This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Implementation, monitoring, support, and management of remote Professional and managed services offered for digital products.

• Evaluate and analyze the specific needs of clients regarding their solutions and network management.

• Implement solutions and conduct routine monitoring, notification, and reporting processes for products offered to clients in the areas of networking and cybersecurity.

• Development of tests for implemented services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven prior experience in roles involving the implementation or operation of digital services related to cybersecurity and networking.

• Experience in implementing/operating digital services: Cybersecurity, SD-WAN, unified communications, Linux operating systems, Basic programming.

• Intermediate technical English proficiency.

• Knowledge of the B2B business and the digital product market.
