Security Incident Response Specialist, Fluent Ukrainian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete cycle of investigation and coordination in response to security or workflow violations;

• Establishing direct communication with Clients and stakeholders in the event of a Data Breach;

• Conducting Root Cause Analysis, creating preventive strategies, and compiling reports for senior management;

• Evaluating Client's operational workflows based on incident patterns to pinpoint potential threats to the organization and formulating proactive security enhancement suggestions;

• Assessing the security of software, platforms, and third-party services.

• Reviewing new hiring locations for compliance with data protection standards and the viability of security tools.

• Creating incident management protocols and updating the internal knowledge repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in investigating and managing information security incidents;

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to make quick decisions to reduce incident impact;

• Excellent self-organization abilities and the capacity to prioritize work independently;

• Sound understanding of data privacy principles and breach notification obligations;

• Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher.

• Expertise in OSINT techniques for investigations;

• Background in the BPO or Customer Support sector;

• Basic understanding of security tools logic (SIEM, EDR, DLP, NGFW, VPN, VDI).
