Security Enterprise Architect – Identity, PAM, Zero Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish, nurture, and enhance trusted relationships with senior stakeholders of clients.

• Serve as a senior advisor for clients regarding IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust strategies.

• Facilitate contract execution and uphold operational excellence for the accounts managed.

• Propel profitable growth through consultative-led identity and Zero Trust initiatives.

• Offer extensive expertise in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Zero Trust frameworks.

• Guide client conversations on identity strategy, target state architecture, roadmaps, and outcomes aligned with business goals.

• Ensure compliance for accounts and maintain integrity across all client interactions.

• Assist in the development of technical and consulting talent throughout Kyndryl.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture, IAM, PAM, or Zero Trust solution development.

• Strong grasp of Zero Trust security principles and identity-centric architectures.

• Demonstrated capability to convert technical identity and security concepts into actionable business results.

• Experience in supporting consultative, pre-sales, or advisory roles.

• Familiarity with prominent IAM and PAM platforms, including Microsoft Entra and PAM solutions.

• Ability to effectively operate in client-facing, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
