Security & Audit Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Genesys Cloud customer audits, providing support to our global team.

• Act as the primary escalation contact for discussions related to penetration testing.

• Facilitate in-depth technical conversations with customers, prospects, partners, and auditors.

• Advocate for Genesys Cloud's AI security, privacy, and compliance by utilizing technical evidence.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of control levels across various frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, etc.).

• Comprehend and articulate the evidence demonstrating the implementation of Genesys Cloud security controls (IAM, encryption, key management, network segmentation, logging, monitoring, detection and response, incident management, web security, AI security, SDLC).

• Assist in security reviews and discussions pertaining to penetration testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in audit operations providing evidence for cloud solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of IAM, network security, encryption, key management, logging, auditing, and monitoring within cloud environments.

• Experience in discussing findings from penetration testing and suggesting remediation strategies.

• Capability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
