SEC Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Prepare and assist with SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, and Section 16.

• Aid in the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls.

• Conduct technical accounting research and draft related memos.

• Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams.

• Maintain and enhance financial reporting and disclosure processes.

• Stay updated on SEC and regulatory changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–5+ years of pertinent experience.

• Public accounting experience is preferred.

• Experience with SEC reporting for a U.S.-listed public company.

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.
