This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Analyzing state income tax returns and tax communications

• Setting expectations regarding working hours during the interview phase

• Performing duties remotely from anywhere within the United States, with no travel obligations

⛳️ Requirements

• Active US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or current state bar membership

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in state income tax within public accounting, industry, or government

• In-depth knowledge of various state and local income/franchise tax processes, concepts, and tools
