This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels with a touch of magic.

• Regularly achieve and surpass performance targets.
• Adapt to various roles (stylist, friend, personal assistant) while assisting customers in finding their next favorite items.
• Master our shipping, fulfillment, and returns processes to ensure efficient order handling.
• Convey customer and product insights to internal teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
• Familiarize yourself with all aspects of the business to gain insights across different teams.
• Intelligent, highly organized, and committed to achieving excellence.
• Enthusiastic about Reformation’s mission and product offerings.
• Exceptionally friendly, enjoying interactions with others while maintaining composure.
• High level of empathy, judgment, patience, and calmness in applying and communicating our policies.
• Positive attitude and readiness to tackle tasks of any size.
• Strong communication abilities across all customer service platforms, including email, text, and chat.
• Capable of meeting deadlines consistently while managing multiple responsibilities; excellent at time management.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Productive and focused work style to successfully meet case volume expectations.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce customer service role.
• Proficient in Kustomer and Google Suite.
