Scheme Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute technical surveillance audits for certified sprinkler contractors.

• Evaluate system designs and ensure compliance through thorough assessments.

• Perform site inspections to confirm that installations adhere to required standards.

• Accurately document audit findings and generate high-quality reports.

• Review and evaluate responses to any non-conformances within specified timeframes.

• Assist in certification decisions by suggesting approvals, additional audits, or suspensions as necessary.

• Represent the organization professionally when interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in team activities, including audit support, service enhancements, and the development of new customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the commercial sprinkler industry (design, installation, service, or management).

• Comprehensive understanding of LPC Sprinkler Rules and relevant sprinkler standards.

• Solid technical grasp of sprinkler systems and related equipment.

• Knowledge of residential and domestic sprinkler applications.

• LPCB or BAFSA sprinkler qualifications (or a commitment to pursue them).

• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in report writing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Well-organized, methodical, and capable of effectively managing your own workload.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate professional relationships.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader team.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
