SAP Workforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to users and clients based in Brazil

• Monitor and manage support tickets effectively

• Act as the liaison between the client and the global team

• Translate and elaborate on functional requirements for the technical team located in India

• Supervise the resolution of incidents until completion

• Ensure effective and clear communication among all parties involved

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP Workforce / WFS

• Background in functional support (AMS or SAP Service Desk)

• Experience in analyzing and monitoring incidents and service requests

• Proficient in advanced English for both written and verbal communication

• Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to user support
