This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Provide advanced support for SAP Logistics & Operations.
• Facilitate issue resolution, conduct root-cause analysis, and promote continuous improvement.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to convert requirements into IT solutions.
• Ensure the system's stability, performance, and appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for comprehensive process alignment.
• Assist in testing cycles, upgrades, and manage change requests.
• Train key users and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Professional experience in supporting SAP logistics modules (WM/EWM, LE) within an international context.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end logistics, including warehouse, production, and quality processes.
• Experience in global ERP template support and process harmonization.
• Proven experience providing Second Level Support in an IT operations setting, which includes: analyzing and resolving complex functional/logistics issues escalated from First Level Support; conducting thorough root-cause analysis (functional, interface, and data); coordinating solutions with integration teams, SAP teams, and external vendors; ensuring clear and structured communication back to support teams and business users.
• Experience managing third-party logistics integrations (3PL systems, labeling solutions, scanners/RF/mobile devices).
• Knowledge of labeling standards and understanding of packaging hierarchy.
• Capability to operate in a structured support environment (SLA-driven, ticket-based, priority handling).
• Proficiency in documenting solutions, known errors, work instructions, and configuration impacts for global support teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capability to diagnose cross-module issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global logistics, warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with Handling Unit Management (HUM), including packaging, palletization, packing instructions, handling unit labels, and warehouse execution with HUs.
• Practical experience with warehouse and shop-floor technologies (barcode scanners, RF devices, mobile applications, label printers).
