SAP Vistex Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver functional assistance for SAP Vistex solutions

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions

• Assist with change requests and system enhancements

• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams

• Engage in testing activities and support system releases

• Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with established SLAs

• Create and maintain functional documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SAP Vistex

• Background in application support and maintenance

• Strong understanding of SAP SD integration

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes

• Outstanding communication skills and capability to collaborate with international stakeholders

• Professional proficiency in English

• Nice to Have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of ITIL

• Experience in the consumer goods sector
