SAP VIM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver application support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management and SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM) across various business units and company codes.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to invoice ingestion, OCR extraction and validation errors, invoice status problems, workflows, approvals, and exception management.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement enduring solutions in line with SLAs and ITIL frameworks.

• Offer on-demand assistance during critical periods of business activity.

• Configure and maintain invoice processing definitions within SAP Central Invoice Management, which includes invoice and processing service types, business rules and validations, as well as workflow and approval setups.

• Facilitate improvements and handle change requests aimed at enhancing efficiency, compliance, and automation in invoice processing.

• Work collaboratively with ABAP and integration teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in S/4HANA and SAP Activate.

• Fluent in English.

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP application support, particularly focused on Vendor Invoice Management.

• Practical experience in supporting SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM) within a production setting.

• Knowledge of ITSM tools.
