SAP TM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers to define business processes according to industry standards and map them into SAP SCM.

• Participate in the management of the project team and core business team to ensure the program is implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Design presales solutions for new opportunities to outline project requirements and conduct pilot demonstrations for potential clients.

• Deliver business-level consulting and services to customers to align their strategies with SAP strategies, incorporating industry insights, business functions, IT governance/architecture, and organizational changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP.

• Multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP TM for leading companies in Logistics, Automotive, and Retail sectors in a lead (optional) or consultant (mandatory) role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM functionalities, including Order and Freight Management, Freight Planning and Execution, Transportation Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement, as well as Carrier Collaboration and Optimization.

• Strong comprehension of TM Master Data and its integration with SAP ERP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP), and SAP EWM.

• Practical experience in S/4HANA TM is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to lead and mentor junior team members.
