SAP Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical components of product implementation for clients utilizing SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.

• Tailor and configure SAP systems to facilitate integration with our document archiving solutions.

• Collaborate with product development teams to offer insights on features and design, as well as assist in actual feature development.

• Partner closely with customers, project managers, and internal developers to collect requirements, devise solutions, and ensure successful deployments.

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales phase, delivering customized and impactful demonstrations to potential clients.

• Diagnose and address technical challenges during and after implementation.

• Provide constructive feedback to the product and development teams aimed at enhancing functionality and user experience.

• Help in the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors, or related fields).

• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations.

• Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms).

• Understanding of SAP Fiori/UI15 or integration with web-based applications.

• Experience in SAP customization, enhancements, and BADI/user exits.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable presenting to clients, both virtually and in person, in English and Japanese.
