SAP Systems Support Analyst – SD, ACM, CM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2 support to users utilizing SAP SD modules.

• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis for intricate issues.

• Configure and modify SAP SD, ACM, CM, and Broker modules.

• Develop functional specifications for enhancements or fixes.

• Engage actively in functional and integration testing processes.

• Offer support and direction to Key Users and Level 1 analysts.

• Maintain up-to-date process and solution documentation.

• Monitor the performance of business processes.

• Collaborate with project teams on SAP S/4HANA evolution initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to established SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Extensive experience in the functional support or implementation of SAP SD and/or ACM/CM modules.

• Proficient in incident and problem analysis and resolution within SAP environments.

• Experience in configuring SAP SD, ACM, or CM modules.

• Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Distribution business processes (Order to Cash).

• Familiarity with agricultural contract management and/or commodity management processes.

• Expertise in configuring and parameterizing SAP SD modules (e.g., order types, billing, pricing, customer and material master data).

• Knowledge in configuring and parameterizing SAP ACM and/or CM modules (e.g., contracts, settlements, commodity risk management).

• Understanding of the integration of SAP SD/ACM/CM with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, TM).

• Basic debugging skills for problem analysis are considered an asset.

• Proficient with Jira for ticket management.

• Familiarity with the SAP Broker module.

• Prior experience in system support and maintenance.

• Basic ABAP knowledge (code reading, debugging).

• Experience with SAP data query and extraction tools.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• SAP certification in SD, ACM, or CM.

• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).

• Experience in the agribusiness sector.

• Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading).
