This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver functional support for SAP MM and PM across incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
• Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP applications while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into effective SAP solutions and configurations.
• Facilitate essential MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, valuation, and logistics invoicing.
• Assist with PM processes including master data management, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance.
• Aid in system enhancements, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders regarding the status of issues, resolution strategies, and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams for debugging, transport management, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain high-quality functional documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure that solutions are in line with SAP best practices and DyFlex delivery standards.
• Contribute to ongoing system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support as necessary (as part of a roster).
• Demonstrated experience in supporting SAP MM and PM modules within ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end Materials Management and Plant Maintenance business processes.
• Experience in an SAP Application Support or AMS environment.
• Capable of independently analyzing issues and recommending practical, effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business users.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, SLAs, and support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SAP Solution Manager).
• Strong mindset for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Exposure to integration points with FI, CO, PP, or WM/EWM is highly valued.
• SAP MM and/or PM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in supporting multiple customers or industries is advantageous.
• A proactive, customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
