SAP Support Analyst, SD/ACM/CM Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2 support for users of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), ACM (Agricultural Contract Management), CM (Commodity Management), and Broker modules, addressing and resolving incidents and functional issues escalated from Level 1.

• Conduct thorough root-cause analyses for intricate issues related to sales processes, agricultural contract management, commodity management, and brokerage.

• Configure and modify the SAP SD, ACM, CM, and Broker modules to align with business requirements and rectify defects, adhering to best practices and established IT governance.

• Develop functional specifications for enhancements or fixes that necessitate ABAP development, collaborating closely with the Level 3 team.

• Engage actively in functional and integrated testing of newly implemented configurations, enhancements, or fixes.

• Offer support and guidance to Key Users and Level 1 analysts, sharing expertise and assisting with more complex inquiries.

• Maintain up-to-date process and solution documentation in the knowledge base and in Jira.

• Oversee the performance of business processes supported by the SAP SD, ACM, CM, and Broker modules, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Work alongside project teams on SAP S/4HANA evolution initiatives and related satellite systems within your areas of expertise.

• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs for ticket handling and resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in functional support or implementation of SAP SD and/or ACM/CM modules.

• Expertise in analyzing and resolving incidents and problems within SAP environments.

• Experience in configuring SAP SD, ACM, or CM modules.

• In-depth knowledge of Sales and Distribution business processes (Order to Cash).

• Familiarity with agricultural contract management and/or commodity management processes.

• Understanding of configuration and parameterization in SAP SD (e.g., order types, billing, pricing, customer and material master data).

• Knowledge of configuration and parameterization in SAP ACM and/or CM (e.g., contracts, settlements, commodity risk management).

• Awareness of integration between SAP SD/ACM/CM and other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, TM).

• Basic debugging skills for problem analysis are advantageous.

• Experience with Jira for ticket management.

• Familiarity with the SAP Broker module.

• Prior experience in application support/maintenance.

• Basic understanding of ABAP (code reading, debugging).

• Proficiency with SAP data query and extraction tools.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• SAP certification in SD, ACM, or CM.

• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).

• Experience in the agribusiness sector.

• Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading).
