SAP SuccessFactors, SSF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation, support, and advancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically focusing on Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Configure and tailor solutions based on client specifications.

• Gather, analyze, and confirm requirements with business stakeholders.

• Conduct analysis and address incidents and enhancement requests.

• Assist in functional testing, user acceptance, and the deployment of new features.

• Collaborate on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.

• Create functional documentation and facilitate user training.

• Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors solution best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.

• Strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Familiarity with HR processes such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.

• Background in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with business areas.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification.

• Experience with Talent modules, including Talent, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning.

• Experience in rollout projects.

• Knowledge of integrations utilizing SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or APIs.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
