SAP Functional PM/PP/QM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a functional expert in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

• Ensure that solutions meet business requirements, including module integration, data migration, and support during go-live.

• Gather, design, and validate business processes in the SAP PM, PP, and QM modules.

• Configure and assist with processes related to Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance, along with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.

• Manage quality planning and control, inspections, nonconformances, and certificates.

• Establish and manage master data, including Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, and other master records.

• Conduct gap analyses, propose solutions, and recommend SAP best practices.

• Develop and implement a data migration strategy encompassing extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.

• Oversee integrated testing, user acceptance, user training, and provide support during go-live.

• Assist with mobility initiatives and SAP Fiori / SAP Asset Management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP PM, PP, and/or QM Consultant.

• Demonstrated experience in implementation, rollout, or conversion projects to SAP S/4HANA.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM (Maintenance Management and Master Data), SAP PP (MRP, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, Planning, and Capacity), and SAP QM (Quality Planning, Inspection Lots, Nonconformance Management, and Certificates).

• Experience in integrating PM, PP, and QM with MM, SD, FI/CO, EWM, and industrial systems (MES/LIMS).

• Familiarity with data migration utilizing LSMW, Migration Cockpit, BAPIs, or other loading tools.

• Practical experience with integrated testing, user acceptance, and production support.
