SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Evaluate diverse customer requirements.

• Create comprehensive end-to-end processes for pertinent SuccessFactors modules.

• Define integration scenarios with other systems, such as SAP S/4HANA.

• Act as the main liaison for individual module leads.

• Present the system architecture to various stakeholders.

• Share expertise through workshops and training sessions.

• Collaborate closely with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.

• Profound understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration capabilities.

• Ideally including experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex topics.

• Confident in presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.

• Strong conceptual abilities and a passion for resolving even the most complex challenges.
