SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical and functional execution of reporting and analytics solutions.

• Act as the reporting expert in major implementation projects.

• Ensure the functionality and availability of reports and dashboards.

• Assist teams in creating new reports and dashboards, providing troubleshooting support as necessary.

• Verify that regression testing of reporting solutions is conducted for each SAP release.

• Revise workbooks and other pertinent documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.

• Strong grasp of the hire-to-retire process within SuccessFactors.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the data models in Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Talent Management.

• Solid understanding of authorization concepts associated with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Talent Management.

• Proficient in using standard office tools and technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience navigating the SAP Support Portal and SAP Help Portal.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a geographically diverse international team.

• Proficiency in English.

• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics is a plus.

• Microsoft Power BI certification and practical experience are advantageous.

• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors People Analytics, which includes Report Story, Report Canvas, and Table Reports, is a plus.
