SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant (Mid/Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide AMS assistance for the Employee Central (EC) module within SAP SuccessFactors.

• Receive, evaluate, and resolve user tickets and incidents.

• Implement enhancements and configurations within the system.

• Troubleshoot integrations and business workflows.

• Document solutions, fixes, and customizations carried out.

• Assist with updates and rollouts of SuccessFactors releases.

• Guide and train end users as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements.

• Ensure HR processes comply with SAP standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Employee Central (EC) module.

• Experience in managing and resolving AMS tickets.

• Knowledge of the configuration, setup, and maintenance of EC.

• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors.

• Understanding of HR processes and organizational structure.

• Ability to create both technical and functional documentation.

• Skills in process mapping and analyzing business rules.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of working collaboratively in a team, well-organized, and able to manage priorities.
