Consultor SAP EWM – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance (AMS) for the SAP EWM environment, ensuring operational stability and continuity;

• Analyze and resolve incidents, requests, and issues related to logistics and warehousing processes;

• Perform configurations, adjustments, and minor enhancements to the solution as per business requirements;

• Support integrations between SAP EWM and other SAP modules involved in logistics processes;

• Participate in testing, approvals, and implementations of improvements and corrections;

• Log and monitor requests through service management tools (ITSM);

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and resolve issues, aiming for continuous improvement of processes;

• Other routine tasks as required by the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP EWM in an AMS support role;

• Experience with RF Framework, Fiori applications, and warehouse devices;

• Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP TM (Transportation Management) modules;

• Experience working with ITSM tools (IT Service Management), such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, among others;

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;

• A completed degree is mandatory;

• Language requirement: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview conducted in this language).
