SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, LM/GM/PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

• Facilitate design workshops to align client HR requirements with the SAP SuccessFactors framework.

• Develop and configure HR modules such as Recruiting, Learning (LMS), or Compensation.

• Generate test scenarios and confirm the system operates correctly prior to the go-live phase.

• Oversee daily operations, including role-based permissions, data audits, and user access management.

• Evaluate and activate new features during bi-annual system updates.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal HR stakeholders and external technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an SF EC Functional Consultant for the SuccessFactors EC Module, with a solid understanding of other SF modules such as Recruitment, Learning, and PM/GM.

• More than 5 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the Employee Central EC Module.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) is a mandatory requirement.

• Strong comprehension of Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Industry experience in FMCG and/or refinery sectors is considered a significant advantage.
