SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in identifying pertinent business processes

• Offer business consulting services to customers

• Record and monitor customer requests for product enhancements and report any bugs found

• Oversee and ensure the team's progress on tickets and Change Requests, collaborating closely with other business units

• Provide regular updates on progress and issues to clients in both formal and informal settings

• Recognize potential risks and suggest solutions

• Document business needs and procedures

• Evaluate business requirements and create effective configuration solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of substantial experience in the IT industry

• Familiarity with SAP HR or a similar system is advantageous

• Knowledge of any SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Preferred)

• Certification in any SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (Desirable)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or an equivalent university qualification

• A strong customer-centric focus to support our commitment to client satisfaction

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience and expertise in stakeholder management

• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills, able to decompose issues into manageable parts

• Capability to rapidly learn new applications and technologies

• Collaborative team player in an international setting

• Experience working as part of a virtual team

• Language Proficiency: Spanish - with English, German – with French – preferred
