⛳️ Requirements

• We seek an individual with proven expertise, a senior-level perspective, and extensive knowledge in mission-critical environments;

• Experience in systems, with a strong command of SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) in Financial processes (FI/CO module);

• Must be an SAP ECC or S/4 Finance Specialist in Core modules (New GL, AR, AP, AA);

• Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion and/or implementation projects, utilizing SAP Activate or a comparable methodology;

• Comprehensive understanding of process/business flows in industrial and/or distribution sectors;

• Capability to drive enhancements and take ownership of completely resolving issues;

• Strong analytical abilities to delve into problems, challenge processes, and consistently pursue the most effective solutions;

• Proficient in building relationships with other departments, vendors, and third parties, establishing trust and functioning as an internal consultant;

• Experience collaborating in agile, cooperative teams; ability to work independently;

• Desirable: experience in Management Accounting (Controlling - CO);

• Desirable: practical knowledge of Workflow and debugging (reading) skills for analysis and problem-solving;

• Desirable: experience or familiarity with SAP Fiori to enhance user experience.
