This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the advancement of the SAP domain: participate in strategy formulation, product portfolio management, and the collaboration with SAP;
• Design and regularly refresh training programs for SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, HCM) — considering market demands and certifications;
• Assess market and employer requirements and incorporate them into educational offerings;
• Enhance and strengthen the partnership with SAP: perform market analyses, create new products aligned with DWW’s business and educational objectives, establish operational collaboration with the vendor, secure program certifications, and effectively utilize SAP ecosystem resources;
• Collaborate with the team to develop and launch new programs and products within the SAP domain;
• Provide expert training and mentorship: share practical knowledge, prepare students for certifications, and assist them in entering the German job market;
• Aid instructors and ensure program quality and adherence to SAP certifications;
• Keep abreast of developments in the SAP ecosystem and integrate pertinent updates into the programs.
• Valid SAP certification (FI, CO, MM, HCM or equivalent) and 3–5 years of professional experience in the SAP landscape (implementation, consulting, or in-house);
• Strong knowledge in at least one SAP module and a fundamental understanding of the overall SAP ecosystem;
• Experience with Fiori and familiarity with additional modules is a plus;
• Understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, HR) and experience in implementation or optimization projects is advantageous;
• Passion for educational activities;
• Experience in teaching or knowledge transfer is beneficial;
• Willingness to actively contribute to the ongoing development of SAP programs and products;
• Proficient German language skills;
• Proficiency in Russian or English is advantageous.
