SAP Solution Integration Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Spearhead SAP integration projects, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and business processes.

• Design, develop, and supervise integration solutions utilizing SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and various middleware tools.

• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to collect requirements, formulate integration strategies, and convert them into technical solutions.

• Guarantee comprehensive integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and third-party applications.

• Manage integration testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to members of the SAP integration team.

• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for SAP integration processes.

• Oversee integration documentation, including interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Collaborate with SAP Basis, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integration solutions.

• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations from an integration standpoint.

• Assess new SAP integration technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Serve as the primary contact for all integration-related escalations and resolution strategies.

• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.

• Develop and maintain KPIs and monitoring frameworks for ongoing integration performance and reliability.

• Engage in strategic planning, including the future roadmap for SAP landscape integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 15 years of experience in SAP integration, encompassing SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or middleware technologies.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud integration projects.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and associated business processes.

• Proficient in IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP/REST APIs, EDI, and file-based integrations.

• Demonstrated experience in leading integration teams and managing large-scale enterprise projects.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud integration platforms, particularly SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), is preferred.
