SAP Solution Architect – EWM, IM, LE, TM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, converting requirements into scalable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Key Users to resolve incidents and clarify demands for enhancements and change requests.

• Establish functional specifications and work together with ABAP and technical teams.

• Oversee continuous improvement processes related to change requests within the specific workstream.

• Regularly monitor and address EWM Queue entries (SMQ2).

• Maintain communication and coordination with IT team members as well as cross-functional IT colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on logistics, (business) computer science, or a similar field with relevant professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in S/4 EWM, including at least one full-cycle EWM implementation.

• Practical expertise in managing incidents and minor changes.

• Demonstrated project management abilities for implementing significant changes.

• Strong understanding of Queue Monitoring and the resolution of queue entries.
