SAP Service Line Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee, expand, and enhance a fundamental consulting service line

• Establish and implement the professional strategy for the service line

• Create and uphold a robust capability portfolio

• Guide and develop functional leaders and senior consultants

• Ensure exceptional delivery standards across all projects

• Keep track of capacity, skills, and utilization

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape opportunities

• Work together with Unit Managers and Operations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP project management

• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional SAP teams

• Strong expertise in SAP service delivery and resource management

• Proficiency in budget planning and management

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Economics

• Certification in project management methodologies

• Proficient in both German and English languages
