SAP SD Consultant – S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Functional SAP SD Consultant within SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Lead workshops for requirements gathering and Fit-to-Standard discussions with business units.

• Analyze, map, and enhance commercial and business processes utilizing SAP Best Practices.

• Act as the technical and functional expert for the SD module.

• Assist clients in defining solutions that align with their business goals.

• Configure and set parameters for Sales Management processes, including Sales Order Management, quotations, commercial proposals, sales contracts, outbound deliveries, shipping and transportation, billing, returns, pricing, commercial conditions, tax determination, availability-to-promise (ATP), partner determination, route determination, credit management, and order holds.

• Ensure the integration of SAP SD with FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), WM/EWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management), and GTS (Global Trade Services) as applicable.

• Collaborate with technical teams to define APIs, integrations, reports, and developments.

• Engage in implementation, rollout, and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.

• Configure and validate processes using SAP Best Practices.

• Create functional documentation and technical specifications.

• Conduct and support unit, integration, and user acceptance tests (UAT).

• Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare initiatives.

• Address incident resolution and root cause analysis.

• Identify improvement opportunities in commercial and business processes.

• Share expertise with the team and serve as a technical resource.

• Ensure adherence to methodologies, processes, and standards established by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Supply Chain, Technology, or related areas is advantageous.

• Solid experience (at least 5 years) as an SAP SD Consultant.

• Experience with implementation, rollout, or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.

• Background in end-to-end project execution.

• Experience in conducting workshops with business stakeholders.

• Understanding of commercial processes and integrated logistics.

• Experience in complex environments and consultative roles.

• Technical expertise: SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate, pricing, billing, Sales Order Management, shipping and delivery, ATP (Available to Promise), Partner Determination, Output Management, tax determination, integration with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, IDocs, APIs and web services, SAP Business Partner (BP), Clean Core (desirable).
