This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Analyze, design, and document customer service workflows within SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Gather requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service, covering aspects such as Service/CS order types, partner determination, and pricing.
• Conduct testing and provide support to project teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate closely with interconnected processes like Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM).
• Assist with technical matters, including code analysis and basic ABAP debugging.
• Provide guidance to business units on process enhancement and best practices.
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics.
• 2–3 years of experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service.
• Strong background in customer service processes along with solid skills in requirements analysis.
• Familiarity with related SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is advantageous.
• Practical experience in reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging activities.
• Proficient in process documentation and crafting clear, comprehensible specifications.
• A keen interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to incorporate them into daily tasks.
• An open personality with quick learning abilities.
• Proficient in both German and English, with a willingness to travel.
