This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Analyze, design, and document customer service workflows within SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Collect requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA Service, which includes Service/CS order types, partner determination, and pricing.
• Conduct testing and assist project teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate closely with interconnected processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM).
• Provide support for technical matters, including code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP.
• Offer guidance to business units on process enhancements and best practices.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics.
• 2–3 years of experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or alternatively, SAP Customer Service.
• Robust experience with customer service processes and strong abilities in requirements analysis.
• Familiarity with related SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in reading ABAP code and executing basic debugging tasks.
• Proficient in process documentation and crafting clear, comprehensible specifications.
• Keen interest in AI-driven tools and the capability to utilize them in everyday work.
• Personable with strong comprehension skills.
• Proficient in both German and English and open to travel.
