This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Analyze, design, and document customer service workflows within SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Collect requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service, including Service/CS order types, partner determination, and pricing.
• Conduct testing and assist project teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate closely with interconnected processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM).
• Provide support on technical matters including code analysis and basic ABAP debugging.
• Advise business units on optimizing processes and implementing best practices.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics.
• 2–3 years of experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service.
• Strong background in customer service processes with excellent skills in requirements analysis.
• Familiarity with related SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is advantageous.
• Practical experience in reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks.
• Proficient in process documentation and creating clear, comprehensible specifications.
• Keen interest in AI-driven tools and the capability to utilize them in everyday tasks.
• Open personality with quick learning abilities.
• Fluent in both German and English, with a willingness to travel.
