SAP S/4HANA Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Lead complex SAP business transformation initiatives from initiation to execution.

• Ensure the successful completion of programs within budget, on schedule, and meeting quality benchmarks.

• Manage and inspire geographically dispersed teams, encompassing multiple vendors and intricate client organizations.

• Develop and implement structured frameworks for program delivery.

• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to guarantee program success.

• Maintain robust working relationships with stakeholders at every level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project and program delivery success across various full lifecycle SAP programs, including large-scale multi-country rollouts for ECC and S/4 HANA.

• Experience in global delivery and collaboration with offshore resources.

• Capability to lead teams in complex settings involving multiple vendors, intricate client organizational structures, and geographically dispersed teams.

• Proven experience working with global teams and leading consultants both locally and remotely.

• Extensive knowledge of establishing successful programs, including IT, Business, and Change elements.

• Ability to define effective program delivery frameworks and implement them in practice.

• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.

• Competence in guiding teams to prepare extensive proposals and program plans, while leveraging differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks).

• Ability to articulate value-based propositions, oversee program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling offers for clients.

• Significant proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel as required for project-related activities.
