This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee all change management initiatives for critical OCM workstreams during ERP implementations and significant transformations.
• Utilize a structured change management framework, specifically designed for SAP S/4 HANA migration.
• Create and implement actionable change management strategies, encompassing communication, stakeholder engagement, workforce transition, training, and readiness plans.
• Recognize potential change risks and resistance points, devising targeted mitigation strategies.
• Perform readiness assessments, analyze outcomes, and present findings while recommending necessary interventions.
• Detect resistance and performance deficiencies, applying mitigation strategies as required.
• Establish and oversee measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of program-level changes.
• Align change management activities with project schedules.
• Formulate change communication strategies and assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
• Assess the financial and budgetary implications of change management and offer recommendations.
• 6+ years of experience in change management, particularly with major ERP systems, with a preference for SAP S/4 HANA.
• A proven history with at least 2+ years in OCM for SAP migration projects from on-premises to cloud.
• Familiarity and expertise in change management principles and methodologies, especially in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with various SAP S/4 HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM, etc.).
• Knowledge of program/project management techniques, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated capability to promote change management services effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate successfully at all organizational levels.
• Excellent skills in active listening, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level is essential.
• SAP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
