SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead – OTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash (OTC) solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze workflows, and suggest SAP S/4 HANA solutions that align with industry standards.

• Offer functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) and its integration with related modules (FI, MM, PP, etc.).

• Act as a primary liaison among business users, IT teams, and external consultants.

• Guide and mentor SAP S/4 HANA analysts and consultants within the OTC space.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing SAP S/4 HANA and cutting-edge technologies.

• Assist with testing, training, and change management activities for system upgrades.

• Diagnose and resolve SAP S/4 HANA OTC challenges, ensuring system reliability and business continuity.

• Keep abreast of SAP S/4 HANA advancements and recommend best practices for process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with a focus on SAP S4/HANA SD and OTC processes.

• In-depth knowledge of order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and revenue recognition. (Experience with eCommerce is a plus.)

• Proven experience in leading full-cycle SAP implementations and upgrades, including SAP S/4 HANA.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA integration with FI, MM, and other pertinent modules.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• SAP certification in SD or S/4 HANA is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud is a plus.
